It began with a simple question.
What if people could practise important conversations before they happened?
Our first platform focused on AI-powered interview preparation, helping candidates rehearse interviews with realistic AI interviewers and receive personalised feedback. The results were immediate.
But something unexpected happened. We realised the real breakthrough wasn't interview preparation — it was conversation preparation. The same technology could help far more than a candidate:
